
CDCTS-5000
Overview
The CDTCS-5000 is the ideal system for automated vehicle emissions testing. It controls and coordinates the test-cell equipment to meet worldwide emissions testing regulations, and displays the driver's trace and guides the operator through test procedures.
The system manages the complete data collection, real-time displays, and test-result reporting. Further advantages are the flexible editors for user-defined displays, reports, test schedules, calculations, and system parameters. The CDTCS-5000 can be connected to an optional PC-based host computer for data management and analysis with standard PC software.

- Equipped with a full complement of predefined test schedules, including EPA, ECE, Japan, and others.

- Supports all types of analysis, including bag, dilute modal, tailpipe modal, catalyst efficiency, dual catalyst efficiency, EGR, diesel particulates, and auxiliary measurements.
Flexible "builders" for unique user requirements
- Makes it easy to create unique test schedules, driver's trace and shift points, calculations, test reports, and real-time graphical displays.
- System configuration software allows I/O channels to be added or changed as needed.
- Pre-test answers, fuel parameters, and other system parameters can be quickly and easily updated with easy-to-use editors.

CDTCS-5000 can be configured to control and/or collect data from
- Emissions benches for bag, dilute, and direct (raw exhaust) analysis
- Constant volume sampler, mini-diluter, impinger system, particulate sampler, full-flow or partial-flow tunnel
- Electric or waterbrake chassis dynamometer
- Weather station, pressure and temperature transducers, tachometer, fuel-flow meter, robot driver, and other auxiliary devices.
