Announcement Workshop on Advanced Polarimetric Instrumentation, organised by NanoCharm European Project and the Ecole Polytechnique, LPICM, Palaiseau 7-9 December 2009

The European project NanoCharm supports the organization of the workshop for researchers from academia and industry interested in ellipsometry and polarimetry instrumentation development.
