Microscopie et cartographie de fluorescence

La spectrométrie de fluorescence mesurée à travers un microscope permet d’associer l’imagerie à fort grossissement à l’information spectrale. L’imagerie d’épifluorescence permet d’augmenter les contrastes et la sélectivité en jouant deux ou trois bandes d’émission, la microspectrométrie de fluorescence permet de collecter en chaque point de l’image, le spectre d’émission de fluorescence ou la durée de vie de fluorescence.

Notre offre en microspectromètrie de fluorescence propose des solutions adaptables sur vos microscopes ou des solutions clés en main,  des systèmes  qui permettent de réaliser un spectre de fluorescence en un point ou des instruments plus sophistiqués qui incluent  la cartographie et la résolution temporelle.

La microspectroflurimètrie est utilisée dans des domaines très variés comme la biochimie intra et extra cellulaire. Elle permet d’analyser l’efficacité de procédés photovoltaïques, de contrôler la structure cristalline de spécimens géologiques ou de produits pharmaceutique, la détection de faux billets, sans oublier les sciences des matériaux et en particuliers les nanostructures.
