Low Temperature Raman-PL Analysis

HORIBA Scientific’s Raman-PL systems are able to accomodate large cryostats for measurements at low temperature, using liquid nitrogen (LN2 – down to 77K) or liquid Helium (He – down to 4.2K) cryostats.

These temperature stages can be used in combination with high resolution mapping stages, allowing small sample features within the cell to be imaged.
