카본센서전도도측정기 HE-960HC(고농도용)

개요

반도체 제조나 FPD제조 공정의 물약,배액관리에 사용할 수 있습니다. 4극식 카본센서를 사용해서 0~1000mS/cm레인지를 측정합니다. 또 2가지의 농도 환산 기능이 있으며 특정 약품의 농도 변화에 대한 모니터링이 가능하고 process농도계로도 사용할 수 있습니다.
