MPA-31 Series Magnetopneumatic Oxygen Analyzer
Overview
The MPA-31 Series is a lineup of units that can control boiler combustion in a variety of industrial settings and monitor atmospheric oxygen concentrations. Using a magnetic pressure method that utilizes oxygen's high level of ordinary magnetism, the units are highly accurate and offer superior response time thanks to the use of an independent condenser microphone in the output device. In addition to being resistant to interferents, the units offer highly stable data output over the long-term for process control as they are not subject to temperature- and longitudinal time-induced zero drift. These explosion-resistant devices are suitable for a wide range of applications, from boiler combustion control and the monitoring of atmospheric conditions inside a variety of furnaces to controlling nitrogen purity at air separation plants and conducting quality management of municipal gas.
Features
The units employ a magnetopneumatic method that utilizes oxygen's high level of ordinary magnetism and realize high-speed response through the use of a condenser microphone output device and small cell capacity. The units are deliver continually high levels of measurement accuracy and have superior selectability with respect to oxygen due to proportioning of the magnetic susceptibility of coexistent gases. The units are theoretically not subject to zero drift thanks to the use of small amounts of N2 as a auxiliary gas (reference gas). The units are also capable of creating a deviation range when using 100% O2 and 21% O2.With two models-the d2G4 pressure explosion resistant MPA-31 and the fid3aG4 internal pressure explosion resistant MPA-31F-the series provides users with a wide range of gas measurement capabilities.
