FLIA-101 Fluoride Ion Analyzer
Overview
The FLIA-101 Series is a lineup of units for continuously analyzing fluorine ion concentrations in the comparatively broad area of industrial waste fluids. Using a Japan Industrial Standards (JIS) ion-specific electrode method, the FLIA-100 Series, accurately measures fluorine ion concentrations in water samples that are maintained at a stable level of 5pH-6pH. The FLIA-100 Series offers fully automated calibration and washing functions, a simplified design, and few parts that require maintenance, all making for easy operation. The FLIA-100 Series allows users to analyze fluorine ion concentrations in a wide variety of ranges, from low-concentration samples (0.01ppm-1ppm) at water purification plants to high-concentration (10ppm-1,000ppm) industrial wastewater.
Features
- The units use a JIS-compliant ion electrode method.
- The units offer analysis in variety of ranges, from high concentrations (10ppm-1,000ppm) to low concentrations (0.01ppm-1ppm).
- The calibration and washing functions are fully automated, and the analysis cycle can be set from 2 to 24 hours.
- The units have alert functions for such conditions as reaching upper concentration limits, sample rejection, noncalibration, insufficient pH adjustment, calibration, and washing fluids.
