The new SPRi-Plex II™ from HORIBA Scientific revolutionises the way researchers and analysts are able to utilise label free bio-affinity analyses. The Surface Plasmon Resonance imaging technology developed for the HORIBA SPRi-Plex adds high-throughput, real-time kinetic and affinity studies to bio-molecule arrays.
This enhanced system will allow you to:

In a single experiment different parameters can be studied and compared: different biomolecules, concentrations, negative control, affinity constant, real time kinetic curves, surface imaging and surface coverage (pg/mm2), all at the touch of a button.
