HORIBA ABX celebrates its 25th anniversary

HORIBA ABX is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Established in 1983 and located in Montpellier since 1987, HORIBA ABX has become the world’s leading haematological analysis specialist and also the largest manufacturer of appliances in the world, with 25% of the global market share. Over 27,000 laboratories in 110 countries have chosen HORIBA ABX. The company’s longevity has enabled it to establish a presence in a large number of countries, either directly through its 12 subsidiaries, or via its network of high-performance distributors.

The company has always worked in very close cooperation with the HORIBA Group and this relationship was further consolidated in 1996 when HORIBA became the leading shareholder in ABX, a then budding company, which had very quickly become a global expert in haematological analysis.
