
HORIBA Medical ticks all the right boxes in customer satisfaction survey

In its recent 2010 customer satisfaction survey, HORIBA Medical has excelled once again with 100% of customers responding as “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with the company’s overall offering. In terms of service, technical support and account management, customers of the haematology and clinical chemistry experts commented that the “service team are polite and efficient”, the “telephone help is wonderful” and that account managers are “very helpful and supportive”.
With excellent customer service being a core value of the company, the survey also asked customers to feedback on any additional needs and requirements they may have to enable HORIBA Medical to continue to provide an outstanding customer and user experience.
