Fibre Optic Vacuum Feedthroughs

Glen Spectra introduces a series of fibre optic vacuum feedthroughs for end-point detection, plasma emission spectroscopy, and other applications.

Both single-fibre and multi-fibre bundles are sealed within vacuum-tight flanges which are designed to pass directly through vacuum chamber walls with maximum helium leak rates of 10-11 cm³/sec (torr), and no additional optical loss. The feedthroughs are helium leak tested and certified. Many versions of the UV-Vis-NIR assemblies are available.
