The addition of the XF152-2 filter set for CFP/DsRed FRET applications compliments and enhances our range of filter sets for specific Fluorescence applications. Fluorescent Resonant Energy Transfer (FRET) is one of a number of Fluorescence techniques such as FISH, Multi-photon, Pinkel, Ratio Imaging and Flow Cytometry where we have an extensive selection of dye-specific filter sets available.

Today's ever more sophisticated techniques put more demands on the optical filters to pass only the required light and give excellent blocking characteristics, the XF152-2 incorporates Alpha technology which produces higher signal-to-noise ratios & brighter, clearer images for these most demanding fluorescence applications
