Optical Filters give Superior Image for M-FISH Applications
1 October 2004
Glen Spectra is pleased to announce the introduction of a new range of filters for use in M-FISH applications. These premium filters have been designed with the steepest edges available and narrowest possible bandwidth to maximise both emission energy and colour discrimination resulting in a superior image and improved contrast.
Multicolour Fluorescence In Situ Hybridisation (M-FISH) applications such as Chromosome painting, human genome and Chromosome aberration research are utilising an increasing number of colour probes. To make the selection of the right filters easier for the researcher we have grouped fluorophores into 13 different colour families from the blue of DAPI to the far Red of Cy7; and designed M-FISH filter sets for each family.
