Overview

The HPCE-512 High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis instrument combines a unique detection system with powerful particle tracking and data interrogation algorithms to deliver unrivalled CE performance. Background noise from buffer / capillary conditions etc is drastically reduced, resulting in superb resolution, accuracy and detection levels which would otherwise require the need of expensive (or distorting) labelling techniques.

Sophisticated software enables a programme of continuous self-diagnostics. So, as capillary conditions or the buffer begin to deteriorate, the run can be stopped and remedial action taken, eliminating lost analysis time and producing repeatability and reproducibility performance otherwise unheard of in the field of capillary electrophoresis.
