ALPHA Vivid Filter sets

ALPHA Vivid sets use proprietary APLHA technology for both the excitation and the emission filters. Passband slopes are extremely steep, with transmission approaching unity in both the excitation and emission channels. The crossover between excitation and emission has the highest optical density (OD) of any available filter sets. ALPHA Vivid sets are manufactured without auto-fluorescent absorption glass typically used in manufacturing filters. ALPHA Vivid sets are listed for commonly used fluorophores and can be custom designed for any dye. With extreme edge steepness, high throughput, and high density crossover blocking, ALPHA Vivid sets are the current state-of-the-art for signal-to-noise in low light level imaging applications.
