Caged Compound Filter Sets
Caged Compound sets use extended reflection dichroics, enabling researchers to use both an uncaging filter and an exciter with the same dichroic. Both filters are mounted in a motorised filter wheel in the excitation path so that imaging quality can follow immediately after uncaging. The dichroic, as well as a specific emission filter for the fluorophore being uncaged, is housed in a conventional filter holder.
