Optical Filters
Fluorescent Protein Sets (EGFP,GFP, RFP, CFP, YFP)
These filters sets are designed exclusively for EGFP spectral mutants. Since their original cloning, these unique reporters have allowed researchers to visualise gene expression and intracellular protein localisation in living cells. With the introduction of optimised spectral variants of fluorescent proteins, researchers now have the flexibility to use multiple fluorescent protein reporters.
Products
UV EXCITED GREEN
BLUE
Highest quality BFP longpass set. Brighter emission with lower signal-to-noise than the XF113-2 bandpass equivalent.
CYAN
Highest quality CFP longpass set. Brighter emission with lower signal-to-noise than the XF114-2 bandpass equivalent.
Highest quality EGFP bandpass set designed for minimum auto-fluorescence and excellent discrimination against the other fluorescent proteins.
GREEN
Highest quality green bandpass set for most green fluorophores. Higher signal-to-noise than the XF115-2 longpass equivalent and a better discriminating set than XF100-3.
Highest quality green bandpass set for most green fluorophores. Higher signal-to-noise than the XF115-2 longpass equivalent.
Highest quality green longpass set for most green fluorophores. Brighter emission with lower signal-to-noise than the XF100-3 bandpass equivalent.
Highest quality EGFP bandpass set designed for minimum auto-fluorescence and excellent discrimination against the other fluorescent proteins.
Yellow-Green
ORANGE
Highest quality orange bandpass set for most rhodamine fluorophores. Higher signal-to-noise than the XF101-2 longpass equivalent.
RED
Highest quality orange bandpass set for most rhodamine fluorophores. Higher signal-to-noise than the XF101-2 longpass equivalent.
