Dual ratio imaging set is designed for simultaneous measurement of intracellular Ca++ & pH. An extended-reflection longpass dichroic can accommodate dual exciters for both indicator dyes (Fura-2 & BCECF). Dichroic & emission filters are available individually for use with a monochromator.
