Vivid Standard Fitler Sets
These are the standard filter sets which provide good overall performance for most fluorescent dyes. Excitation filters are bandpass designs. Dichroics are hard surface coated. The emission filter is a bandpass design, replacing the longpass emission filter of the Vivid Classic Sets. This design transmits the prominence of the fluorophore signal while blocking unwanted background energy. These sets provide less overall net throughput than the ALPHA Vivid Sets.
