For the measurement of diluted emissions from vehicles and engines

The AFIC-1400 provides automatic loading of primary and secondary filters for particulate sampling.

In conformity with the measurement methods specified by EPA and CARB, the Bag Mini-Diluter is an alterantive to Constant Volume Sampling (CVS) techniques and provides the improvements necessary to address the testing of Partial Zero Emission Vehicles (PZEV), Super Ultra-Low Emission Vehicles (SULEV), and Ultra-Low Emission Vehicles (ULEV).

CFO Kits supply a known mass of propane for the CVS injection test, a procedure that checks calibration of the CVS and measurement instrumentation.

SAO (Smooth Approach Orifice) Flow Meters provide a primary flow-rate standard for CVS critical flow venturi calibration, offering accuracy of ± 0.5% of reading.

Used for the direct measurement of engine exhaust gas flow rate on engine and chassis dynamometer test systems.
