ULTIMA 2C

• Combination of the ULTIMA 2 with 0.5m simultaneous optics.
• High performance for a wide range of sample types.

ULTIMA 2C HR

• Combination of the ULTIMA 2 with 1.0m simultaneous optics.
• Greater performance in resolution and sensitivity.
• Excellent for complex materials such as W, Zr, U, precious metals or rare earth elements in trace concentrations.
