Measurement Techniques
Available for US OEM customers only
This mini Spectrometer features a Back-thinned CCD with high QE (peak at 90%) and high full well; it is ideal for industrial low light applications such as fluorescence, emission, absorbance, and reflectance.
It outperforms current generation minispectrometers based on front illuminated Sony or Toshiba CCDs, or other low-cost back-illuminated CCDs.
For OEM industrial applications, we offer many other detector solutions for the VS70, VS140 optical platforms and many other customized mini spectrometers:
Our spectrometers can be prototyped to your OEM specifications with the following detectors:
Front Illuminated CCDs: | ILX-511B (low cost with optional UV coating), ICX-285 (interline for imaging spectrograph) (Sony) |
Back-thinned CCDs: | S10420 (low speed/low noise), S11071(new, high speed), S11155 (new with e-shutter), S7031 (TE Cooled - 1.5 to 6mm tall)... |
CMOS/NMOS PDAs: | S3901, S3902, S3903, S3904, S10111(new), S10112(new), S8377, S8378, S9227... |
InGaAs linear arrays: | SU256LSB-1.7T2-0500 (2-Stage TE cooled, 256 pixels, 0.9-1.7 mic, 500 mic tall) - Other formats and ranges on request. |
Our factory will provide you with a spectrograph and a pre-aligned multichannel detector on an OEM basis. You may provide your own electronics or ask us to quote our solutions.
