Overview

We can offer slits with or without water cooling so they can be used on the entrance or exit. Motorised slits are also available with external stepper motor drive.

Large aperture classical Slit

Two independent jaws are mounted on individual translation table, which are controlled by a conical translation. Mounted on a CF150 flange the aperture is adjustable through outside micrometer from 5µm to 2mm in standard configuration.

Elastic Slit

Based on the principle of the elastic deformation of a parallelogram this slit is realised on a CF150 flange of 20 mm thick. Between two belows it can be easily moved on a granite support (movable exit slit for Dragon monochromator)

  • Reproducibility: 2µm

  • Useful Length: 30mm
