The UVISEL VIS spectroscopic ellipsometer covers the spectral range from 210 to 880 nm, and can be easily extended in both FUV and NIR range (see UVISEL FUV and NIR models). The measurement is performed in a few minutes and is extremely repeatable.
The UVISEL VUV ellipsometer provides the best combination of superior VUV performance and experimental flexibility to determine thin film thickness and optical constants across the wavelength range 142 to 880 nm.
The VHR spectrometers series are the Far UV version of our famous FHR series. Especially designed with an optical cavity which keeps pressure up to 10-5 mbar, the VHR series can extend spectral measurements down to 100 nm and up to MIR (15 µm) with optimal performances. As our FHR, the VHR series offer a unique combination of drive speed, precision and high resolution, completely revolutionizing the large spectrometer market.
Determines size, high resolution size distributions, and particle concentration. Unique optics can analyze polydisperse assemblages of particles in liquids and resolve separate size modes in complex samples. Also, the kinetics of aggregation, self-assembly, crystallization, and dissolution can be visualized and quantified in real-time.
The VS2000-IINGAAS NIR miniature fiber spectrometer features a 256 pixel linear array mounted on our F/2.7 CP20 shortest focal length OEM spectrometer.
It covers 850-1700nm and includes a 2-stage TE Peltier cooler. With a 50 mic pitch on the InGaAs array, the spectral resolution is in the range of 6.5 to 11nm.
The VS70 is a configurable, high performance spectrograph that can be customized for a variety of OEM applications in the fields of analytical chemistry, medical analysis, semiconductors, process monitoring and many others.
The VS7000 is a pre-configured, ultra low stray light, UV-VIS-NIR CCD spectrometer with LabView based acquisition software and VIs. Spectrometer of choice for OEM low light, high dynamic range applications with 3 spectral range selections: 200-860nm, 380-750nm and 200-1050nm.
"Available for US OEM customers only"
We’re growing the VS-7000 family of OEM CCD miniature spectrometers: The VS-7000+ fiber spectrometer features a CCD with much higher full well (enhanced dynamic range and SNR in shot noise conditions). The Back-illuminated CCD has anti-blooming and the etaloning has been minimized.
