Langhans cells

Giant cell with multiple nuclei and reticulated chromatin, light basophilic cytoplasm and not well defined cell border.

Giant cell associtated to inflammatory granulome of infectious etiology, in the Hodgkin Lymphoma or Sarcoidoisis.

These cells can be found in the lymphoglans or in the bone marrow (never in the blood).
