Service Coordinator

Essential Job Functions:

Serves customers by providing product and service information; acts as a liaison between customers and Horiba service/sales department, assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries; and resolves product and service problems.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Associates Degree/High School diploma or GED preferred. 
  • Ability to deal with people in an uplifting manner and works well with others. 
  • Ability to solve customer and Horiba concerns. 
  • Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot problems until resolved. 
  • Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls while recording all calls in detail.
  • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • SAP or Salesforce experience would be preferred.
