Microscopic Review:

Neutrophils 85, Lymphocytes 10, Monocytes 2, Erythroblasts 74, Band cells 3, Anisocytosis +++, Dacrocytes, Elliptocytes, Sickle cell, Polychromasia, Howell –Jolly, Target cell.
