光纤型化学药液浓度计

CS-100F1 系列在CS-100的基础上配备光纤。样品单元直接集成到于清洗系统的管路,并使用光纤电缆传输光信号,提供实时在线测量。每台浓度计可实现多达四种药液的测量,可以在单槽或单晶圆清洗系统中检测多种化学药液。
