We offer a large range of diamond turned retractable mirrors to fit with any applications:

  • Ellipsoidal or parabolic mirrors
  • Choice of short and long working distances, 30° tilted mirrors
  • UV optimized thanks to low surface roughness (<10nm)
  • Dedicated UV (down to 185nm) or gold coating (up to 2,2µm) to perfectly match spectral range


Electronic interface plugged on external scan output of the electron microscope. CL-LINK allows the complete synchronisation between the microscope and the spectroscopic system. CL Link is fully supported by LabSpec software and has the following capabilities:

  • Up to 6 input channels (16 bits analog and/or photon counting signals)
  • Electron beam control (Line, frame, external mode)
  • Scan control pass-through compatible with others detectors  (EDX…)
  • Image processing
  • Monochannel and/or Multichannel CCD  / InGaAs array
