HORIBA Semiconductor's proprietary analysis technology is fully demonstrated in a wide range of fields - semiconductors, medicine, environment, science and engine measurements. In high-tech industries like semiconductor manufacturing, HORIBA provides an extensive selection of process monitors for integration into manufacturing lines that aid the safe production of high performance devices. 

Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for an experienced Sales Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to manage key OEM customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Establish market share growth at key OEM accounts with existing products. 
  • Ensure organizations strategic relationship with key customers.
  • Responds to technical and marketing questions from client vendors;
  • Conducts market research and proposes new products to meet technical customer requirements; Generate and maintain sales documentation; Establish and maintain customer support system to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 
  • Maintains CRM Database.
  • Creates and maintains regional budget.
  • Travel required to visit customers and client vendors to support global account management activities.


Skills and Knowledge:

  • Technical knowledge in a sales environment, including experience working in the Semiconductor industry with end users responsible for etch, diffusion and epi processes.  
  • Working knowledge of sales, marketing, distribution and product line management as may be typically acquired through a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; good computer skills. 
  • Technical product knowledge of semiconductor process.
  • Experience with similar technical sales applications.
