This “three dimensional” image was obtained by tilting a circuit board at an angle relative to the primary x-ray beam.  The image shows Transmitted X-ray Intensity, Copper and Titanium.

The transmitted X-ray image clearly reveals the internal structure of the board, with the Copper wiring on the top.  The Titanium (Dioxide) is due to a white paint marking the board.
