Motor Exhaust Gas Analyzer
MEXA-1300R is a motor exhaust gas analyzing system for two and four stroke engine assembly lines and has an integrated sample handling system for removal of oil and moisture. The measurement of CO, CO2, HC and O2 (optional) in exhaust gases is made simply by inserting the sample probe into the tail pipe. AFR and Lambda are also calculated from the exhaust gas concentrations.
Calendar Timer Function
The start time and end time of the instrument can be set for each day of the week. A warm up sequence and a purge are carried out automatically.
Self-Diagnosis Function
Instrument parameters such as sample flow rate and temperature of the electronic cooler are monitored to ensure highly accurate and reliable measurements.
Measurement Value Judgment Function
Using AUTO mode, measurement, judgment and then purge are made continuously.
Small Footprint
11% smaller than previous model. Good design allows it to fit into any workspace.
