HORIBA Scientific, global leader in Raman spectroscopy for over 50 years, is proud to announce the launch of their new and innovative LabSpec 6 Application, χSTaiN™.
χ STaiN™ App was developed in close collaboration with GreenTropism. GreenTropism SAS specializes in software and software components for spectral and photonic data analysis and management, including databases, chemometrics, Artificial Intelligence algorithms and HMI.
χSTaiN™ is an intelligent tool for fully automated processing and analysis of Raman 2D images.
Usually, Raman Imaging is a technique that follows a well-established protocol.
- The first step is the acquisition of a Raman hyperspectral data set. This workflow is optimized for the details of the sample and its structure.
- The second step is processing and analyzing this data. χSTaiN™ straightforwardly manages Processing and Analysis more simply and faster than conventional solutions.
In one click, χSTaiN™ converts the raw 2D data to relevant Raman images, thus delivering impressive results about the sample. It is a fast and easy to use software processing application, providing optimized processing operations (baseline, smoothing, normalization), advanced chemometrics procedures (based on PCA and MCR) and automated chemical compound evaluation (including a confidence indicator).
χSTaiN™ addresses a wide palette of applications much faster and more reliably than conventional processing methods. Moreover, the χSTaiN™ application is compatible with all of HORIBAs’ solutions for 2D Data Acquisition and joins with HORIBAs’ other offers for Spectral Imaging.
LabSpec 6 Software and χSTaiN™ App are available now. Contact your local HORIBA Scientific office for further information, upgrade details, and demonstrations.
