Inside Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities Include:  

  • Acts as pre-sales liaison between field sales and sales administration, applications, manufacturing, service and all other departments. 
  • Attend regular Canadian order review and delivery meetings.. 
  • Support field sales with quotations and technical bid composition. Liaison between sales, applications, manufacturing and 3rd party suppliers to make sure all necessary components are quoted 
  • Technical support of the domestic sales administration team. 
  • Identify potential new accounts on line, grant researching, government funding. 
  • CRM web lead entry. 
  • Performs other duties as required by management.  

Desired Qualifications:  

  • Professional, dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills 
  • Fluency in French strongly preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point & Excel) 
  • Works well in a team and independently 
  • Negotiation skills 
  • Technical aptitude in the scientific instrument industry
