Digital Marketing Specialist

Our North American Process & Environmental group is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for coordinating the implementation of our company's digital communications and overall marketing plan to drive traffic to our site and engage new business opportunities.  This position will be in either our Pasadena, TX office location or Irvine, CA. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute fully integrated marketing campaign strategies
  • Contribute digital campaign strategy ideas
  • Lead SEM and other digital ad campaigns management
  • Assist in the coordination & maintenance of the entire digital marketing presence including website content management, updates and maintenance, social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Responsible for data analysis & report generation using Google Analytics, Pardot, and other marketing business systems and analytic tools
  • Design, build, send, monitor and track outbound emails through marketing automation ensure optimal effectiveness
  • Assist the marketing team in special projects


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, graphic design, computer science or similar required
  • 3-5 Years in a marketing role with experience in the following:
    • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics
    • Working knowledge with Pardot marketing automation system, or similar
    • Fluency in Google Analytics, SEM, PPC, SEO and all other aspects of online marketing
    • Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
    • Experience managing and editing web sites using a CMS system
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all types of personalities
  • Effective project management, prioritization, multitasking, organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with portfolio and campaign management execution
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills required
