Administrative Assistant/Service Dept.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing correspondence, quotes, proposals and reports from notes, copy or rough draft requiring understanding of statistical and/or technical language for assigned area.
  • Answers telephones; assists callers and relays messages; may serve as relief receptionist.
  • Creating, maintaining service orders
  • Coordinating in house equipment repairs
  • Assisting with invoicing process
  • Orders and distributes office supplies for assigned area.
  • May compose routine correspondence and reports, gathering information from specified sources.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience required preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Must have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel). SAP experience strongly preferred.
  • Must have excellent organizational, attention to detail & customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
