In-House Detection Technician

We are currently seeking to fill a In-house Detector Technician our new facility in Piscataway, New Jersey.

DUTIES:

  1. Tests, troubleshoots, repairs and modifies circuitry and components to meet specifications.
  2. Tests and calibrates detection systems (IGA, CCD, ICCD,etc.) to specification for custom orders.
  3. Builds, tests and repairs electronic controllers, circuit boards, head, dewars, housings, etc. as needed.
  4. Repairs and tests customer returns.
  5. Labels and serializes products and data through log books and reports.
  6. Exchanges information with R&D and Manufacturing to improve processes and quality.
  7. Able to read schematics and use electronic test equipment.

 

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1. Writes procedures and work instructions.
  2. Tests systems and new products from R&D as needed
  3. Other duties that are assigned
