Senior Marketing Manager (Hematology) – Medical

We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated, creative Senior Marketing Manager to assume full responsibility for our Hematology products.  This position will be located in our US Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, CA.  Our Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of marketing the assigned product line(s) from inception to launch and follow through.  This will require interaction with vendors and internal staff.

To be successful, a HORIBA Senior Marketing Manager will have the following experience:

  1. Experience in sales and marketing covering benchtop and floor model clinical chemistry analyzers.
  2. Must have experience selling and marketing into the hospital laboratory and physician office laboratory markets
  3. Experience creating marketing materials and sales training programs.  Must have launch experience.
  4. Experience with Digital marketing a definite plus.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or science, MBA preferred.
  2. Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IVD/diagnostic instrumentation sales and experience.
  3. Must have experience in domestic marketing with an IVD company.  International/global marketing experience a plus.
  4. Must have experience launching complex hospital laboratory analyzers and reagents.
