Specific duties include:

  1. Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals.
  2. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
  3. Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  4. Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and FAQ’s.
  5. Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
  6. Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.
  7. Creating internal work instructions.
  8. Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
  9. Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts.
  10. Publish documents to Web based customer facing portals.



  1. Bachelor’s degree 
  2. Scientific Background a plus
  3. Proven working experience in technical writing. 
  4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to persistent follow-up.
  5. Ability to multi-task. 
  6. Expert proficiency in Office Suite, including Word, Power Point, Excel.  
  7. Ability to deliver high quality documentation with attention to detail.
  8. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
  9. Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
  10. Excellent written skills in English.
