HORIBA CONCEPT JAPAN 2018 was held on 11th and 12nd December 2018 at HORIBA, Ltd. Biwako Factory E-HARBOR.

HORIBA, a global leader in automotive testing, has been running this event since 2004 together with prominent researchers and professors in automotive industry with an aim to build strong networking between automobile manufactures, Tier 1, academia, and governments.
