Spectrofluorometer (1972)

This instrument measures and analyzes the fluorescence properties of chemical compounds, whether solid or liquid. It is used in chemistry, for example, to carry out quantitative measurements of substances, or to determine the concentration of a colored solution. In molecular biology, it is used during DNA extraction to quantify the DNA and determine its purity.
