Change in Organizational Structure

1) We are forming a new “Sales Division” that consolidates our domestic and overseas sales functions. This will enable us more efficiently to manage marketing and sales resources for all products, and provide products and services in a more timely and dominant manner.

The new Sales Division, which is set to begin full-scale direct sales activities in Japan this fiscal year, will absorb the overseas sales functions now being controlled by the various business divisions. This will enable us to provide solutions transcending the boundaries of various business fields and markets.

In addition, the business divisions will be repositioned under core functions to formulate and implement business strategies for their specific business areas. The divisions will focus on product planning and product development, giving instructions to the sales, production and basic development divisions.
