|   Press Release

On April 10, 2012, HORIBA concluded a basic contract with the Beijing Center for Physical and Chemical Analysis (BCPCA), a state-owned research institute in Beijing, China, to establish a joint R&D center, aiming to facilitate collaborative research on new analysis and measurement methods and equipment.

Since establishing the HORIBA Application Laboratory in BCPCA in 2001, we have built a relationship of trust with BCPCA by providing our analysis and measurement services, as well as technology exchanges.

The founding of a joint R&D center will open the way for even closer cooperation, as we will send analytical technology experts to Beijing to provide more comprehensive expertise and technology regarding analysis and measurement. Beijing city and HORIBA will also work together to explore solutions to issues facing China, and to promote the development of optimally suited analysis methods and systems.
