Service Administrator

Do you have at least 2 years administration or customer service experience?

Do you have good working knowledge of SAP?

At HORIBA we are looking for an individual that can deliver a professional customer service experience working as part of a proactive, innovative and responsive ONE Service admin team. You will build and develop positive working relationships with engineers, managers, colleagues and customers at all levels.

Main Duties

  • Provide administration Support to ONE Service team including, Diary management, Spare Parts logistics and Paperwork (also in Electronic Format)
  • Process paperwork post service/repair, ensuring customer invoice are raised accurately and in a timely manner
  • Process orders on ERP/FSM
  • Contact customers via telephone, email and Web Meetings regarding Quotations, Customer Purchase orders, Services, Calibration & Repairs to instruments to include scheduling of engineer’s appointments
  • Create demands for service kits & parts on ERP/FSM for engineers to carry out work
  • Ensure service kits and/or parts are delivered to site/engineer in good time
  • Maintain Workbooks in EXCEL
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and/or email
  • Process Purchase Orders to include third party supplied items on ERP/FSM
  • Process orders from customers for spare parts, contracts and ad-hoc callouts
  • Monitor backlog on ERP/FSM
