Enacting as a demonstration base for emission measurement systems, advanced analytical instruments and an indigenized customization facility is operational since 2006. This state-of-the-art facility is certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and NABL ISO IEC 17025:2017 accreditation that supports the Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat drive. HORIBA has executed many projects on the Development of a 2/3 Wheel Chassis Dynamometer, Make In India EV Chassis Dyno, RDE Testing Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS), Ambient Air Quality Monitoring System (AAQMS) and Water Quality Monitoring System (WQMS) for both domestic and export supplies at this technical center.
In 2023, repair and calibration of Mass Flow Controllers took a kick-start and HORIBA India began the manufacturing of Mass Flow Controllers in 2024. Recently, a Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine Test Bed facility (H2-ICE) was launched as an extension in this state-of the-art-facility.

Spread across an area of 50,000m2, this facility is the region’s largest medical reagent manufacturing facility. Strategically positioned at Nagpur, the centermost location for logistics in India, this facility comprises of manufacturing and refurbishment of medical equipment, a central warehouse facility, an International Training Center, HORIBA Experience Zone and HORIBA India Technical Institute (HITI).
The facility is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and CE certified.
Operational since 2013, this is the first facility of Hematology reagents established by HORIBA in India, with a capacity of 1700 tons of Hematology reagent production.
