The PG-250 has been displayed recently on the national M-Net channel in South Africa. Envirocon instrumentation, HORIBA P&E representative in South Africa, is well known locally for his experience in gas analysis and has been contacted by the TV journalist for some tests on human expiration gas composition. They used the PG-250 for measuring carbon monoxide level difference between a cigarette smoker, and a hubbly bubbly smoker. The accuracy of this instrument has proved clearly that the CO concentration from the hubbly bubbly was much higher than from a cigarette. The PG-250 is a multigas analyzer, and it has also determined that the level of SO2 was higher in case of hubbly bubbly.
