Pioneered in 1997 by Mr. Atsushi Horiba, Chairman and Group CEO, HORIBA, Ltd., the Blackjack is a unique concept in HORIBA where HORIBARIANs take the challenge to bring in a positive change that will lead to the betterment of the group. The results can be related to any business fields or functions such as marketing, sales, service, admin, etc. which together bundle up to form the base of The HORIBA Group.
HORIBARIANs in India actively participate in this corporate culture activity to drive organizational reform.

Health Check-Up camps for the specially abled, Female Hygiene Camps, Cleanliness drives, the inauguration of Rehabilitation Centers, Youth Skill development Centers and support the Female Self Help Groups are amongst a few CSR activities which HORIBA India has been doing over the years.
