Le système de circulation par voie humide LA-960V2 d'HORIBA combine simplicité, rapidité et haute puissance. Le système par voie humide standard propose un kit complet qui comprend une pompe de remplissage de dispersant, un capteur de niveau de liquide, une pompe de circulation, une sonde à ultrasons en ligne de 30 W et une vanne de vidange, le tout contrôlé par logiciel pour une activation d'un simple bouton. Cette conception avancée permet d'obtenir des résultats hautement reproductibles sur la taille des particules.

Puissante dispersion automatisée de poudres sèches

Le LA-960V2 PowderJet combine plusieurs caractéristiques uniques et brevetées pour une reproductibilité optimale des mesures à sec. La fonction de mesure automatique permet de contrôler le vide, la pression d'air, le débit de poudre, les conditions de démarrage et d'arrêt, la durée de la mesure et le traitement des données. L'appareil convient à toutes les applications, y compris aux petites quantités d'échantillon, aux poudres friables et aux matériaux fortement agglomérés.

  • Balayages intelligents - Fonction de déclenchement
    Cette fonction permet une mesure précise de matériaux très précieux. Lorsque la quantité d'échantillon est limitée ou que le débit est faible, le déclencheur est idéal pour démarrer et arrêter la mesure.
  • Débit de poudre auto-ajustable
    La plus grande difficulté dans la mesure des poudres sèches a toujours été d'établir un débit de poudre régulier. Le LA-960V2 PowderJet a résolu ce problème grâce à une boucle d'asservissement auto-ajustable qui maintient une transmittance laser constante, un facteur essentiel pour obtenir des mesures fiables et reproductibles de la taille des poudres sèches.
