HORIBA Semiconductor's proprietary analysis technology is fully demonstrated in a wide range of fields - semiconductors, medicine, environment, science and engine measurements. Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for an Inside Sales Coordinator in Austin, TX to responds to customer inquiries and complaints; provide product, pricing and delivery information, and act as liaison between customer and internal HORIBA departments.  

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Supports external and internal sales personnel and representatives by providing information on customer status, pricing, and availability in terms of sales; answering/directing general customer inquiries; processing quotes domestic and foreign; providing sales literature and general product information.  
  • Supports customer orders, expedites and changes. 
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as A/P, A/R, answering phones, filing and other functions.  
  • Assist Supervisor with reporting.


Skills and Knowledge:

  • Minimum of two years’ business to business (manufacturing environment preferred) customer interface and inside sales.
  • Ability to understand and utilize technical information in the development and preparation of responses to customer and manufacturing representative inquiries.
  • SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Basic math knowledge; ability to organize and prioritize workload.  
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; good PC skills.
