Horiba is Currently looking for a motivated "Material Expeditor" to assist with critical supply chain demands. This Position is a 6 Months Temporary possibility for a longer extension and possibly permanent.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Runs open orders report
  • Expedites and/or reschedules deliveries as needed based on changes in the demand plan or 
  • requirements of internal customers.
  • Prepares weekly e-mails to suppliers regarding delivery status updates on orders coming due & any past due
  • Updates information on part shortages on the open production order report


Skills/Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task
  • Good Excel skills, Knowledge of SAP are a plus
